We are very sorry. We have taken measures to overcome this issue already and you should try it again and make sure you check the junk/spam folders too. This issue is being worked upon with our hosting service providers and should be resolved soon.
In the mean time you can add our support email address to your safe senders and safe mailing lists. On Hotmail, you can find it under "options>Safe and blocked senders".
If that does not wok for you, please send email to our support email address whenever you need to reactivate your license key for any of our products and we will be more than happy to help you and reactivate your key as quickly as humanly possible. We will keep you updated about this issue as soon as we have more news about it.
